Christina R. Womacks, MA, PLPC, is passionate about empowering her clients through a supportive yet challenging therapeutic relationship and the skills needed to experience freedom from overwhelming pain, emotions and thoughts. This freedom allows her clients to create a life of meaning, authenticity and healthy relationships. She believes deeply in each client's personal worth, strengths and right to a life uniquely defined by what is personally important.
She received her Bachelor of Science in biblical studies with a minor in psychology summa cum laude and her Master of Arts in counseling from Cincinnati Christian University. The university clinical staff selected her, due to excellent clinical performance, to work as an intern at the campus’ counseling center where she served both the student and community populations. Her clinical experience makes her particularly suitable for work with adults and adolescents in the area of interpersonal trauma such as sexual assault/abuse and domestic violence. She has experience treating mood, anxiety, dissociative and borderline personality disorders. She is also committed to providing affirming services to the LGBT population with a sensitivity to spiritual issues. Christina works from a humanistic framework and primarily utilizes Dialectical Behavior and Acceptance & Commitment Therapies.
Christina is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Association for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Issues in Counseling.

Veronica Besch, MA holds her an undergraduate degree in Social Psychology from Park University, and a Master of Arts from Webster University in Counseling obtained in 2004.
Ms. Besch has worked over 10 years with the Jackson County Children’s Division as a social worker specializing in family reunifications and foster care case management. She has served as a foster parent recruiter/ trainer, as well as a recruitment coordinator for the One Church One Child Program in Jackson County whose goal was to locate permanent homes of minority children lingering in the foster care system. This program successfully placed over 20 children with loving caring homes.

Ron Bibbs, MA, is commited to helping clients find their own best way through enlightenment. He strives to heighten awareness through exploration into their underlying core issues and concerns. He believes that by dealing with the here and now to develop an insight oriented, cognitive approach to psychotherapy, the needs of the client can best be addressed.
Ron has 14 years of counseling experience working in hospitals, homeless, and childrens shelters, focusing primary on general mental health, career management, and substance abuse issues. He is a Kansas City native with an undergraduate degree from Park University in Human Resource Management. He completed his graduate practicum at Rennaissance West Substance Abuse Rehab Facility. In 1997 he graduated, with honors, from Webster University with a Master of Arts in Counseling.
Ron enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Alicia Jones, MA, PLPC, is dedicated to providing realistic and healthy ways to improve a client’s quality of life through an eclectic framework. Through a therapeutic relationship, she is able to meet clients where they are and assist them in establishing the best possible situation for them. She received her Bachelor of Science in psychology with a minor in health education from Northwest Missouri State University, and her Masters in counseling emphasis in mental health from Webster University. Her expertise in sexual health and knowledge of disease allow her to provide a unique and nonjudgmental service to individuals who live with HIV and AIDS. Her clinical experience allows her to work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness or those in need of stability or lifestyle improvement.

Millie E. Robinson, MA, is zealous about taking the client-centered approach. She has been in the field working with children and families for 13 years. Ms. Robinson has an extensive background in working with severely neglected and abused children. She also has experience utilizing play therapy techniques. Additionally, Ms. Robinson has experience working with children with severe developmental delays. Her experience includes intake, assessment, diagnosis, and the planning and implementation of treatment plans. She also has worked intensely for the last 6 years with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Her experience in these various areas has enhanced her knowledge in identifying the mental health status of children and adults and making recommendations. She has co-facilitated sexual adult survivors group and adult sexual offender group.
Ms. Robinson utilizes assessment tools to determine developmental delays of children and develop and implement comprehensive positive guidance plans. These plans are to address children’s social, emotional, and behavioral needs in the classroom and the home. Ms. Robinson has also written policies and procedures to ensure that children struggling in the school setting receive much needed services. While working with the school district she acquired advanced skills in the implementation of intervention strategies, service planning, service coordination, reviewing IEP goals to ensure curriculum planning occurs and seeing the need for systemic areas of improvement. Mrs. Robinson is responsible for the delivery of therapeutic and behavioral education for students, staff, and parents. Mrs. Robinson received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in English from Lincoln University in 1997 and her master’s of arts in Counseling from Webster University in 2001.
